Terms of Service.

Who we are

Steady Posting is a service of Forge Development Studio LLC, a Georgia limited liability company that does business as Forge Dev Studio. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the business that signs up. By paying for a plan you confirm you are buying for a business, not for personal or household use, and that you can agree to these terms for that business.

What we do

Each month we write social media posts about your business, make an image for each one and schedule them to the accounts you connect: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Software drafts the captions and images. A person reads every batch before it reaches you. Your plan sets how many posts you get: Starter $19 a month (12 posts), Standard $29 a month (20 posts), Pro $49 a month (30 posts).

Each month's posts are in your login at least 7 days before the first one goes out. You can change, swap or delete any post in that time. Anything you leave alone goes out on its scheduled day.

We do not run paid ads, reply to comments or messages, or make video, unless we agree to it in writing.

What we need from you

• Admin access to each account you want us to post to, connected through the link we send you.
• True information about your business. We only write a claim, such as licensed, insured, a warranty, a price or an award, if you have told us it is true. You are responsible for the facts you give us.
• Photos and logos you own or have permission to use. You give us permission to use them to make and publish your posts. We do not use your name, photos or posts in our own marketing unless you say yes in writing.

Your accounts and posts

You own your accounts and stay their admin. You can disconnect the scheduling tool at any time. Posts that have been published stay on your accounts after you stop, unless you remove them. We never change your business details on your Google Business Profile or other accounts.

Plans and billing

Plans start at $19 a month. After you sign up we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Your first month starts when it is paid. Each plan renews every month at the price shown when you paid, on the same date, until you stop it. We never charge a setup fee. Stripe processes payments; we never see your full card number.

Founding price

If you sign up while we offer the founding price, you keep the monthly price you signed up at for as long as your plan stays active on the same plan, even if we raise prices for new clients. If you switch plans, the price of the new plan applies from then on. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.

Stopping

There is no contract and no minimum term. To stop, email [email protected] or use the billing link in your Stripe receipts. Tell us at least one day before your renewal date and you are not charged again. A month you have already paid for runs to its end, and its posts go out unless you ask us to stop them. We do not refund a month that has started, except as described in the next section.

If we fall short

If fewer than half of a month's scheduled posts go out because of a mistake on our side, tell us within 30 days and we refund that month. If we stop offering the service, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and refund any month you paid for that we did not deliver. Refunds go to the card you paid with.

Things we do not control

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and our scheduling platform set their own rules. They can reject, delay or remove a post, or limit an account, and they change their tools without asking us. When that happens we tell you and help you sort it out, but we are not responsible for their decisions or outages. Your use of those platforms is also covered by their own terms.

Changes to prices or these terms

If we change our prices or these terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change affects you. If you do not want to continue under the change, you can stop as described above.

Limit on our liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, OR FOR OUTAGES OR DECISIONS AT GOOGLE, META, LINKEDIN OR OUR SCHEDULING PLATFORM. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow a contract to limit, including your right to dispute a card charge with your bank.

Ending service for misuse

We can stop working with an account that asks us to post something false, unlawful or abusive, or that does not pay. If we do, we refund any month paid for and not delivered.

Law

Georgia law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Georgia.
